Complaints Policy
Purpose
Staybot Inc. (“Staybot,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to delivering a seamless experience for guests and hosts. This Complaints Policy explains how you can raise concerns about the Staybot mobile app, web portal, or any related service (collectively, the “Services”) and how we will handle those concerns promptly, fairly, and transparently.
What Is a Complaint?
A “complaint” is any written or verbal expression of dissatisfaction regarding the quality of our Services, the conduct of our staff, our handling of personal data, or issues encountered when interacting with hosts, guests, or third‑party providers through Staybot.
How to Lodge a Complaint
You can submit a complaint by any of the following methods:

• In‑App: Tap Profile › Help & Support › File a Complaint
• Postal Mail: Complaints Department, Staybot Inc., 131 Continental Dr Suite 305 Newark, DE, 19713 US.
Information to Provide
To help us investigate, please include:
• Your full name and contact details.
• Staybot account email (if different).
• Booking or property ID (if relevant).
• A clear description of the issue, including dates, screenshots, or message IDs.
• The outcome you are seeking.
Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within three (3) business days, providing a reference number and the name of the team member handling your case.
Investigation & Resolution
We aim to investigate and respond within fifteen (15) business days. If your complaint is complex and requires more time, we will update you on progress and provide an expected resolution date. Once concluded, we will send you a written response outlining our findings, any corrective actions, and your right to escalate if you are not satisfied.
Escalation
If you are dissatisfied with our final response, you may request an internal review by a senior manager. Should you remain unsatisfied, you may contact the relevant consumer‑protection or data‑ protection authority in your jurisdiction.
Record Keeping
Staybot retains complaint records for a minimum of two (2) years to monitor service quality, identify recurring issues, and comply with legal obligations.
Anonymous Complaints
We will review anonymous complaints to the extent practicable. However, our ability to investigate and respond may be limited without contact details.
Policy Updates
Staybot may amend this Complaints Policy from time to time. We will post any changes here and update the “Last Updated” date below. Material changes may also be communicated via email or in‑app notification.
